My name is Keith Mifsud, I am a web developer and I specialize in IT and Web Development.  

I am very knowledgeable and will offer you great solutions and promises right up until the point that I take your money from you, and then all Skype contact and emails will be closed off.

If you do get in touch with me, I will probably tell you that there has been a holiday in Malta or Spain as these are the Countries that I say I operate from, or that I have been moving offices.

I will always have an excuse not to do the work you have paid me for.

I appear on many freelancers websites with no real feedback and the reason for this is simple, I do not take payment through there otherwise I would have to perform the work!

Through Western Union they advise against paying money to anyone whom you don’t know (like me!), and they will not be liable when I do a runner with your money!

Ever wonder why my website is always down, I may tell you that I am upgrading it etc but the point is,
DON’T TRUST ME TO WORK FOR YOU AS YOU WILL LOSE MONEY FROM ME!!

My profile of work looks impressive, how much is true I am not too sure but the point is this;

You pay me money and I promise to do nothing in return! I am an individual who will happily take money off you for a job that I have no intention of doing!!
